Mazak Integrex i-150
The I-150 provides exceptional ease of operations. The work handling system can be indexed in 90 degree increments allowing workpieces normally processed by machine centers to be completed in just one machine setup. The parts unloader makes this a truly productive Done-In-One style machine.
Mazak Integrex 200 IV ST & 100 IV ST

Hanwha XD20H, Hanwha XDI20, Hanwha SL32HPII, Star SR-20RII
A one piece solid cast bed design, brings in the XD20 at almost 2x the weight of other machines in this class, making the Hanwha much more rigid. A solid base coupled with heavy cutting capacity will produce accurate parts at higher speeds and thusly lower costs. This 7-axis machine has up to 30 tooling stations available, meaning most parts come off the XD20, complete. This 20mm unit uses a magazine bar loader for continuous running over long production runs.

Mitsubishi redefines accuracy and productivity with the new EA12V Advance die sinking EDM. Featuring the new M700 series control with15” touch screen, makes these machines even more user-friendly than previous models. One of the most obvious and attractive features of the EA12V Advance is the space-saving design. Compared with conventional models, required floor space has been reduced by nearly 20%. Installation space is also greatly reduced, and the maintenance area has been simplified.
The Mitsubishi EA8 features 64-bit PC-based CNC control with a 10.4 inch TFT LCD screen for faster data processing and servo control. It also features E.S.P.E.R. for step-by-step programming and a high-speed jump (up to 10 meters per minute) that allows no flush burning.
The ED-2000M has a unique power supply allows stable machining at the break through point reducing over all time while providing a good quality hole. Average time from break through to finished hole is mere seconds vs. other systems that take as much as 2 minutes or more to push the bullet nose through to finish size.
